This shop takes orders on this website. Checkout runs on Squarespace Commerce and its payment processor. Those companies process payment details under their own terms. We do not store raw card numbers.

This is a U.S. merch shop. We sell clothing and related goods online, including adult sizes and Kids' Shorts.

We operate for customers in the United States. This policy is written for that use. It does not add EU (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA) provisions.

3. Information we collect

When you visit the site. Squarespace may log standard data so the shop can run and stay protected: IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, referring URLs, and cookies or similar technologies (see Section 7 and our Cookie Policy).

When you place an order. Squarespace Commerce collects what you enter at checkout — typically name, shipping and billing address, email, phone if you provide it, order contents, and payment details. Payment is handled by Squarespace and its payment processor. We receive order information needed to fulfill and support the purchase. We do not store raw card numbers.

Optional email capture. The site (including /home) may ask for your email. If you submit it, we may use that address to send shop updates. At checkout, Squarespace may also show a marketing opt-in. You can opt out of marketing email as described in Section 8.

Contact form. A contact form may be added. If you use it, we receive what you send — typically name, email, and message. We use that to reply.

We do not claim to collect nothing. Visiting, buying, joining an email list, or writing to us all involve personal information as described above.

We do not invent extra lists. If a tool is not named here, do not assume we run it.

6. How long information is kept

This shop does not keep a separate visitor database of our own outside Squarespace.

Site logs and cookies follow Squarespace’s retention for the site
Orders are kept as needed to fulfill, for tax and legal reasons, and as Squarespace retains them under its own policy
Marketing email until you opt out, or until we no longer use that list
Contact messages as needed to reply and for a reasonable time afterward

On request, we will delete or anonymize information we control where we have no legal obligation to retain it. Order records Squarespace keeps for the shop may still exist under Squarespace’s rules.

We are based in the United States. If a state of operations or formation is named, it is Florida.

Squarespace and its payment processor process data in the United States. If you visit or order from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. This shop is offered for U.S. customers.

11. Children

This shop sells kids’ products (including Kids' Shorts). It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

A parent or guardian must complete any purchase of kids’ products. Do not let a child under 13 submit an email capture, contact form, or checkout in their own name.

If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

12. Links to other sites

This site may link to Instagram and to Squarespace or payment-processor pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.
